From Selling Bread To Building A Community

Our Approach

Jan and Lacy had an amazing product. They started making bread out of their house to help Lacy get solid nutrition while dealing with several dietary restrictions. Their bread was not only gluten-free but contained ancient grains and had several different flavors that tasted great.

But we had to take Jan and Lacy’s incredible story and resonate with new customers to continue growing awareness, while at the same time creating a community for existing customers to come and share their gluten-free journey.

In addition to creating a great direct-to-consumer pipeline, we helped completely redesign and update their packaging and website. The results speak for themselves.

The Plan

  • Redesign Logo and Packaging
  • Identify new customers who resonated with Lacy’s story
  • Establish a special Facebook Group for gluten-free folks
  • Create a consistent, yet unique look for the brand across all channels
